    I had a new roof put on my house a little over a year ago by Titan Roofing LLC. and it started leaking. I was suppose to get new wood and shingles on three sections of my roof but one of the sections to be done they put new shingles around the edges and put my old shingles back down in the middle instead of new shingles I was suppose to get. Also I was asked to change my one star review just because they showed up and put some caulk down and ran some water on my roof. I have damaged insulation, ceilings and floors due to the leaks, and its suppose to have a five year warranty.

During this visit, we diligently applied caulking to potential problem areas and performed a comprehensive water test over the entire repaired section. At that time, no leaks were detected.     Just to let you know that with the rain that weve had my roof is still leaking. And as far as them running water on my roof, they ran vey little.

    02/25/25 JM: Spoke with Mr. ****** ******* he would like this complaint (close) at this time. With the help from ( BBB) and **** ******. The roofing company has been communicating very well with him and making all of the necessary repairs. Mr. ******* "Thanks" the bbb for all of his help and if he has any other problems or concerns he will give us a call.  He is working the owner ****** and everything is going well.

    02/11/25JM. Left a message with **** ********-( Operation Manager) regarding this complaint. She will have him to give me a call. 

    02/13/25JM. Mr. **** ******** called back stated he has been working with the Consumer to make sure he is happy and he is sending additional staff out to the consumer home to make sure everything is repair and the consumer is happy.

    02/25/25JM. Mr. **** and His operation manager has confirmed that have fixed all the repairs and is working very closely with the consumer if he has any other concerns and problems. He would like this complaint Close as the issues has been fixed and the consumer is very happy.
