     I do apologize for any inconvenience. We do not use a fake caller id. We are on a dialer and each dialer has a different phone number. Please also keep in mind that there are a lot of companies that do call in regards to the same thing as us and sometimes it is another company also calling. All you need to do is give us the phone number that you would not like called and we can add you on our do not call list and you will never hear from our company again.

    I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:

    too easy to blame all the calls (20+) on dialers).  If true they need to supervise these contract worker 

    Caller ID listed calls and numbers from all over the country.

    when confronted callers said they had no choice, no supervisor to tell them to stop

    All calls are monitored. There are supervisors that watch over the employees and also listen to the calls.  It is not pushing the blame anywhere, it is stating that facts of what is happening. We call out on computer dialers, we do not control the phone numbers that are dialed out the computer system does that. Our employees do not see what number shows up when calling out. This is something that happens when using a dialer system. Again, if you would like to provide your phone number, I can make sure it gets inputted in the system as a do not call and then you will not receive calls from our company ever again on that phone number.
