10/16/2023: I sent a payment of $460 for ***************'s appointment setting service with an agreement that appointments would be set and fulfilled for the weekend of 10/20/2023.During that weekend of 10/20 - 10/22 no appointments were set and we had talked. He said he was having trouble fulfilling them and would keep me posted. This lasted until 10/26/2023 which was the last time I had heard from him; still no services provided. The date is currently 11/6/2023. No updates, no returned texts, social media messages were left on read, no response to emails, and phone calls are ignored. I had even sent a request for a refund using Zelle which again; ignored. It has been 3 weeks since the order; no updates or contact for the past 2 weeks.I am looking to for a refund as he promised if he was unable to fulfill my request.

Prodigy Lead Generation LLC sells set appointments for financial advisors with clients interested in financial services. I purchased 30 appointments for $7500 and received none

    Business Response

    Date: 04/25/2023

This is **** ****** the owner of Prodigy Lead Gen LLC. I am writing back to you regarding the Consumer complaint my company received from Mr. ***** *****. I understand how immediate this problem may be and I am fully open to resolving this matter as soon as possible. However, after reviewing the complaint from Mr. ***** there are some discrepancies. Mr. ***** agreed to pay for my services in finding and providing him leads for individuals who show interest in investment opportunities. A lead is not a guaranteed sale. I have so far delivered Mr. ***** 6 appointments out of the 30 originally ordered. I believe Mr. ***** made the complaint because of how long this process takes. This process can take anywhere from 30-90 days to complete based off of the economic/financial market. I've been working on getting Mr. *****'s order completed to his satisfaction even collecting additional information for each lead that would not normally be asked. As I stated in the beginning I am fully open to resolving this issue. I could offer a partial refund for Mr. ***** if he decides he wants to cancel his order for the remaining amount of products left to be fulfilled.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

Mr **** claims that he sent me 6 of the 30 contracted leads.  None of the leads met the conditions of the contract.  Every single lead had a bogus phone number.  They were either a wrong number or inactive.  None of the leads were federal employees as agreed upon.

Not a single viable lead was provided. The only relieve if a full refund.

    Sincerely,

    ***** *****

6 out of 30 appointments were set in regard for individuals with annuity interest for Mr. *****. A lead is not a guaranteed sale. There was never a contract nor a contract with any requirements. We have tried to do our best in assisting Mr. ***** with all of his additional prerequisites for the Annuity set leads. However, some of Mr. *****'s requests for additional prerequisites are beyond our capabilities. Solutions to this can either be Mr. ***** will receive individuals who show interest in Annuity products to complete the order or we can offer a partial refund for the cancellation of the order. Refunds for cancellations of orders that have already begun and produced product are usually not permitted. However, due to the stress we can see from one of our customers we will offer a partial refund for this order in the amount of $3,000.00. Mr. ***** if you want the partial refund option please contact us via email at [email protected]. I look forward to getting this matter resolved as soon as possible.

    Sincerely,

    **** ******

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: Mr ***** is lying yet again and has not fulfilled his contract.  He accepted all of the requirements of the appointment contract when he set up the contract. They were all supposed to be age 59 and up, federal employees interested in financial services, from the following states: TX, IA, IL, KS, MN, MO, WI

He is lying again when he stated that he sent 6 leads.  All 6 leads were bogus.  All of the leads' phone numbers were either not active or wrong numbers.  None of the leads kept their appointment.  All unkept appointments were supposed to be replaced.  The contract was for federal employees.  None of the leads were federal employees. 4 our of the 6 leads were not in my state list.

To date, he has not supplied a single viable appointment.  I have contacted him several times by phone, text and email and he refuses to respond.

Since he admits that he is unable to furnished the contracted leads as specified, a full refund is demanded, NOT $3000 our of the $7500 cost.

    Sincerely,

    ***** *****
