    ***** ***** reached out to me through ********* in September 2022 insisting that I should start start an online coaching business. I later found out that his company, ******* * *s, specializes in outsource sales, appointment setting and closing for online coaches. I specialize in fitness and saw this as a great opportunity to start online personal training and make good income. The goal was for me to create a training program. Once the program was finished, Closers R Us would work with me for 6 months and take care of all of my outreaching, direct messaging, appointment setting, and closing. Essentially selling my product. I paid $3,000 to start the process and paid another $4,500 while still creating my product, the full cost for *****’s service is $7,500. Then, on December 30th, 2022, when I was 95% finished with my product, ***** called me explaining that he is disbanding Closers R Us and their services because him and his team are turning into a software company, ClosR.ai. Due to this, he offered me a 50% refund because of the “infrastructure” that Closers R Us provided me with. ***** also has no definite date on when this refund will be issued, he is “hopeful for 3-4 months”. However, we signed a contract that states that if I don’t make 2x my roi with Closers R Us, I receive another 6 months of service completely free. Then, if after that I still don’t see a 2x roi, I would receive a full refund plus a $1,000 compensation. I tried to explain to ***** over the phone that 50% is not fair and that I deserve at least 75% of my refund but he was being very rude and unprofessional. He is not holding himself accountable at all. I paid $7,500 to Closers R Us and I made NO money and received NO services because ***** decided to shut the company down. I am also not the only one who is going through this. ***** has many other clients who are unhappy with this decision and I don’t agree with a 50% refund. I am seeking a full 100% refund.

    I stepped into an agreement with ***************************** on the 4th of December 2023 on premise that he would provide me with a complete appointment setting course and lead generation and closing services. I had also negotiated and contractually stipulated a 30 day fully refundable guarantee. I received only recorded calls and felt uncomfortable with the way Soren was handling the misalignment of expectations and requested a refund within the 30 day period which ***** does not want to honour. Subsequently i have publicly showed my dissatisfaction on his slack channel and other clients have reached out with similar stories to mine. I currently have a list of 7 current and recent clients who are in disputes with *****. ***** is planning on giving partial refunds to some of the clients with funds that he is raising for his next business which he is closing people for, with no product and fulfilment in place. Soren has showed no remorse or understanding around being misaligned on expectations. and willingness to honour the contract.
