      December 16,17. 2022. I have a schedule visit with my daughter every 1st week of the month, and every 3rd week of the month. Where there is a court order for us to have these visits with my child. ***** the owner has told me a few lies like our court order says I have to pay a week in advance. It doesn't say any thing like that. I've told him repeatedly that money is hard to come up with and he allowed me to pay my $75 per hour a visit on the day of the appointment. I own a small business as well repairing motorcycles so my income in the winter drops drastically and he has said multiple times he understands but it's a court order so his hands are tied. Although payment is not in the court order. Nore is a time frame to pay. I have also not seen his business policy. And he charges every customer a different rate.. well 12-16-2022 I received a text saying he had to cancel my appointment I've had for a week now to see my daughter before Christmas. With his knowledge of my pay schedule and how difficult it I'd for me to afford the visit and my 600 a month in child support when I only make 300 a month in the winter I feel that canceling an appointment with a child involved is inappropriate considering I was able to work 3 days outside in the freezing cold weather to earn the outrageous rate. I alway pay before I see my child every time. And have never been able to afford the visit a week in advance. But received a text message from him last night after business hours. Canceling my appointment less than 24 hours before seeing my daughter for or visit even tho just like every single time. I have had money in hand and was going to pay before I see my daughter just like every other time I've had an appointment. This is not the first issue I've had with this man. He has talked foul about me when he thought I couldn't hear him. Then fell asleep on our first visit. As well as changed his original "fee" from 40 to 75 all within 1 phone call. Then corrected it so I paid both.
