    1pm on Wednesday March 6th my wife received a phone call from glenstone 44 self storage about our unit.The employee was cryptic about his reason for calling and was harassing her about paying our storage unit or ending our storage lease. We are paid up 100%.My wife informed the employee we wanted to keep the storage unit and we have been making trips to clean it and move items in and out.The employee became irate with my wife when she said we are going to pay this month as well. He began screaming obscenities at my wife, calling her a liar, stating that we needed to take any items we had in storage and dump them in the apartment parking lot across the street so he would not have to clean, (implying that we were not gonna have a storage unit) She hung up the phone before it could get worse.We have been a customer there for 2 years.

    ******************** is not listed anywhere on this account and does not have a storage unit with us. He stated in his comments that the other person being his wife did have a storage unit with us. All major items were removed from the storage unit at the end of the month to avoid next months  charges. The manager contacted them to see if they were done with the unit  because they took their lock off and therefore the unit would not be secured. At this time, the unit is past due, and we have not received any additional contact from them.
