    The manager has accused my son of never having a unit at their facility. He has harassed me and he has threated to have me evicted. I have had units there for 5 years. The manager has no business there. He does not know how to treat people. I have been here 20 years and have never a problem until now. My son has been helping me and I need help and he is making it a point to not let us finish our task just because I didnt remember my code. He has been very annoying. I told him I am 79 years old and I do not need to be talked to rudely. I would like the owners phone number too also. I have done nothing wrong and I have been harassed by the manager.

    The only people allowed access to our gated facility are the people that have a contract with the company.  This ladies' son, **** ******, is not listed on her contract.  There are three other people allowed access to her unit because they are listed on her contract but **** ****** is not one of them. On 8-9-22 **** ****** was discovered on the property.  He was approached by my manager and questioned why he was inside the gated area.  He got upset and threatened to KILL my manager.  The police were called and several officers responded.  He was escorted off the property by the police and told to not return.  The renter was told by my manager that **** ****** was never to be on the property again or she would be evicted. On 1-24-23 my manager observed a vehicle following someone else through the gate and not entering a code for his access.  My manager approached the vehicle and it as occupied by **** ******.  After a brief confrontation, My manager was threatened with harm, not KILLED this time, and **** was told to leave and never return. The renter is welcome to continue renting here.  She always pays on time and presents no problem at all.  The problem exists because of who she shares her gate code with and who she allows to enter this property.  If **** ****** is caught on the property again she will be given a 10 day eviction notice.  Any remaining property will be auctioned off.
