    I would like to say I had a good experience with SunWest Storage itself, but the management team is a nightmare. I pay $350 a month for a storage unit and for parking a truck and trailer. I was given a discount for a one time weed eating service in the summer of 2021. I got a call today at work at 7/18/22 a year later, that I was stealing parking because I had not weed-eated my units building. This was never mentioned to me nor was I asked to do any more work. I gladly offered to have my ppl weed-eat. This was not enough for the older lady working this location. I tried to remove myself from this conversation as she kept getting hostile, letting me know that I was in the wrong. I am now being forced to remove my belongings and property from this location for something that is not in my contract. She claims I was bullying her by lettering know I pay over 3k a year on time, and do not appreciate the tune in which she was speaking. Like many people at this storage unit, I run my business out of this location. The relocation at this point of the year will be very costly. I asked to speak to the owners she refused to allow me to speak to them.
