  OXM provided an excellent service in repairing my Oakley glasses. They did what they say they would do. I appreciate their service. They were responsive, accurate in their description of their process and delivered to he terms of the agreement.

  I have been looking for help in refurbishing my Oakley XMetal glasses. I hit the jackpot with OXM. The process was reasonably quick, the results were ideal. Back to new and tight fit. I use these shades for motorcycling. Fit is perfect!

  I sent my glasses with one lens that wasnt inserted properly. I received my glasses and while the rest of the frame was perfect the loose lens immediately popped right out. I was very disappointed.

  HI ******, Would have been happy to address the issue with you if you would have reached out to me. I remember you had aftermarket lenses in your glasses and so those may not fit well in to the orbital channel especially when the glasses are cleaned from all of the dirt and grime that builds up. Authentic lenses fit best, aftermarket lenses can be too small.

  Sent my vintage X metal sunglasses in to OXM for repair and they came back better than expected. The nose is tight and the frame is cleaned up. I like the bag that's included for free. The owner was easy to deal with and responded quickly.

  Bought a pair of lenses as advertised on the website. Turns out they used the wrong image. In addition, there is an etching on one of the lenses. They have refused to take any responsibility and stated that the etching will be on all of the ****** lenses. This was not stipulated at time of purchase.The etching is distracting and inhibits peripheral vision. But they refuse to refund.

  I did make a mistake by having a standard Ruby ******* lens as the photograph for the Ruby ***** & ***** Polarized lenses. On some lenses, the original etching from the original authentic Oakley lenses are visible. There's no way around this otherwise the lenses would not exist for the model of the vintage X Metal frame. I am in the process of updating my photos accordingly to reflect the etching. As for dispute resolution, I offered the customer to send the lenes back to me for a refund, I gave the customer the return address and stated the return shipping would also be refunded -- but I have not received correspondence from the customer in the form of a return or email. I'm happy to offer a refund but I need to have the lenses back first, as is standard return policy. Thank you.
