    I bought my nephew a Galaxy 4 Watch. I took it back and he said I cant give you any money on that. I asked him why because I have not even had the watch for 30 days but he told me I cant give you the money you paid which was $216 and he said the most I can give you is $70. The return window for the watch has not exceeded. I want a refund.

    We are sorry that we had to give this customer the news. The only product we offer a full refund on within 30 days are phone cases and other non-electronic accessories and then only if they are unused and in the original packaging. 

    The electronic watch that she purchased not only doesn't fall under that category but the watch had been used (it was purchased new) and did not have the charger with it. Because it didn't have a charge enough charge on it and we didn't have a charger for it, we also could not check to make sure the watch did not have a google account tied to it (which it normally would have since it had been used). We would have to had to have been able to get the Google account off of it to give her anything at all for the watch which would mean we also would have had to have the password to remove any Google account (her grandson was the person who used the watch and he was not with her to provide that information).

    If she can find and return the charger with the watch and we can remove any Google account and there is no damage or issues with the watch upon testing...we would be able to give her $90 (which is more than we would normally pay for a used Galaxy 4 watch at this time)
