      At my last visit to the salon (9/27/22) I requested for my account to be closed. The girl at the front desk said she would take care of that for me. I was charged for another month on October 4th. I spoke with Supervisor ****** and three other employees who promptly denied my request for a refund without “proof” that I had canceled. The employee never asked me to sign anything. The membership agreement that I signed says NOTHING about having to sign something to cancel your membership. ****** agreed to that (I have an audio recording of her saying it). And then said she “doesn’t need a reason to deny” my request for a refund and hung up on me. I spent hours on the phone trying to get my $60 back and they are refusing. I’m not using the membership, the employee was supposed to cancel it and didn’t do their job.

      Good afternoon,

      Thank you for contacting us and giving us the opportunity to respond. We are a locally owned and operated Franchise and this customer contacted our Corporate Client Support team to express her concerns. I am unable to speak on behalf of that department, however they did provide me with the three phone call conversations but I'm not able to include those as attachments. If you would like to have those, please advise on an alternate way to submit those to you.

      I have provided ******* Membership Agreement which began on 9/1/2022. Based on the signed agreement, it was understood that before she could freeze or cancel her Membership, there was a requirement that 1 additional monthly draft would need to occur which is what occurred on 10/1/2022. Her membership has since been terminated and she will no longer be charged for any future EFT payments.
