    If I could leave 0 stars I would.I put a 300$ deposit down with *********************** on January 7th. We scheduled the appointment for January 11th, drove an hour for this appointment to get there with doors locked. No text message or email. I texted to be told that they had a death in the family and he wouldnt be there today. Fine. I tried to get things rescheduled and gave him hours that would work best for me. He took days to respond and when he did, he gave me times out of the hours that would work for me. I ended up giving up.After never getting clear communication I asked for my deposit back on February 2nd. He agreed and said he would process and I should see it back in my bank 7-10 business days.It is currently April 2nd and I still do not have my deposit back. He blocked my number and whoever runs there ******** page wont help either.Me and my husband are headed to there shop (AN HOUR AWAY) to get my money back.Do not use this tattoo shop if you want clear communication.

    I contacted The Underground Tattoo and gallery in ************** on March 22nd about pricing a Tattoo and getting an appointment set up. I sent over my idea and was told by *********************** the owner to pay a $350 deposit to get an appointment set up and to hold my appointment to which I did. Once paid he ghosted me for several days. No response no calls....I text and asked if Friday the 29th at 5:30 would be ok..he finally text back yes. But still no total amount was given for my tattoo...Friday the 29th arrived...I drove an hour and a half to his shop only for the shop to be closed. No notice no calls I called him several times, and text him several times with no response. He has stolen $350 from me and had stolen from several other clients as well that had the same experience. I would like to make a report of this and get this shop closer down.

    Provided a ****** deposit for a scheduled tattoo appointment. After driving 2 hrs, they canceled. I never got another appointment. After texting and calling asking for my refund, they still will not provide it. They offer all kinds of excuses, then when I called to speak to them, the lady said she sent it, and would provide a screen shot for proof. She never sent it. I sent the 300 January 6th. 3 months later still no refund. I seen on reviews they did this to another lady, only her deposit was ******. Bad business! And I want my money for no service provided. This is very wrong.

    I booked a tattoo appointment with this shop for November 18th. I paid them $550 via PayPal towards this session. I had to reschedule/change the location of the tattoo for surgery purposes. Since I told them I needed to reschedule it is nearly impossible to get a response. I gave up on trying to reschedule and for the last month have been simply asking for my $550 back. I sent them the invoices proving that I had paid them, they never answered. Multiple times I reached out via the phone number through text as they had requested and never got a reply. I physically went into the store and left a note for the specific artist (***********************) and never even got a reply from that. I sent a text stating that at this point I'm looking into legal solutions but would much rather settle outside of court, he did reply to that text but stopped as soon as I sent my PayPal link so he could refund me. I am exhausted with this. I paid these invoices in September and it's nearly the middle of December. Please help me. I'm going to continue to try to get him to refund my money. I'm a single mom with 3 kids, that's a lot of money to us! Please help with this. I greatly appreciate it.
