  When I went in and filed my taxes the tax preparer was rude and seemed like she did not want to be doing her job. When she told me my refund amount, I told her that seemed very low since I was claiming 5 children. She just shrugged it off telling me that when you make more money you get less money. A few weeks later I looked back through my paper work and noticed that it was so low because she took off 2 of my children. So I called to speak to someone and the lady ********* that I spoke to told me she did not care about my return and that she wasn't the one who filed it so she didn't give a f*** of it was incorrect. So I called back to speak with a manager who told me I had to wait until I got my refund back to file an amended tax return to fix their mistake. As far as the way ********* treated me I was told they aren't sure why she treated me like that because she was one of their best tax preparers and did nothing about that. Once I got my refund in I had to take time out my day to go back into the office to file the amended tax return, where I had seen a notice stating if they make a mistake the will refund you tax fees. So I asked the lady that did my amended return and she told me there were special stipulations and that I didn't qualify. So I called someone else to ask why where they informed me that I did qualify for the fee reimbursement and that they would be issuing me a check and get it sent out the following Tuesday, I called in on a Thursday or Friday. So I called every day that following week to speak to the manager ******* where I had to leave my name and number every time I called and never received a call back from her or any other manager. So I called the corporate number to make a complaint where someone sent me an email and then I was told to reach out to Charity about the check. I called her and she informed me that the check was not sent and she would send it out the week of March 17.. she lied to me again. I still have not received my check.

  Jackson Hewitt did not file my taxs at all in 2020 I paid them to .. when the irs told me about ******** and ********* not being filed I went to them they Jackson Hewitt asked them why they said it wasn't filled when I did file them and paid them for the service .. they re filled them and said they knocked off the admendment fee .. 65$ I said your suposed to do them for free any ways you failed to do your job ... what ever .. its done now .. I get a letter saying they Wisconsin took 50$ off for filling late and the state of missouri took some off they are supose to pay any fees due for their part on filing late I had to pay missouri 300$ when they owed me 300.. they made the mistake and I had to pay for it they are responsible for the mistake and all money owed to me.. I'm not sure how much I paid them 4 years ago is around 300$ as well..On the first photo is the *********.. the second is where I owed missouri only 90$ for a public defender.. I had to pay them 300$ then they adjusted it I will check with them to make sure of the penalty they charged me but for now I feel like they owe me my taxs being done for free .. and not excuse their selfs by saying they waved the admendment fee .. thank you please email me for more documents from ******** I will email them next to see what it came out to thank you..Also I paid them for an external on my taxs in year 2022 I paid them 80$ the irs penalties me for not filing an extension that year .. when I asked them about it they claim that since I filed past the extension that it wouldn't matter.. I said that's not the point the point is I paid you 80$ to file a extension and you never did .. the irs penalty me because you never filed them on my behalf! Please help thank you

  I searched the internet to find the best feel to have my taxes done. I found a deal with Jackson Hewitt that said if you brought your taxes from the prior year they would do your current taxes for the same cost or lower than the prior year, this was good through April 7 2024, I showed up at their office on 4/7/24 at 1 pm, and they said they would honor the deal so I left my taxes from the prior year and current to be completed. I was called and told my taxes were completed and scheduled to sign on Sunday 4/14/24 at 1:00 pm, at that time they told me my cost for the Tex prep was ****** far from the 45 from the prior year,
