On October 19, 2019, you requested that we withdraw our representation with your resort as you had hired an attorney. We promptly complied with your request.Our records indicate that you paid us for half of your claims. It appears this complaint might be intended for the attorney or firm you hired after discontinuing our services.Please let us know if there are any further details or clarifications needed.

    We went to the seminar, and it went exactly like it was suppose to go. We had success and after several months we are finally free of our TIME-SHARE!!!! So very HAPPY!!! Thank you!

    We were promised a $70 dollar **** gift card if we stayed through the end of the presentation, that they repeatedly told us was 45 minutes only. We stayed for over an hour and had to leave because they had not even gotten to their closing statement of how they could help. I did my part and gave them more time than asked for. Brought everything to the table they asked for, showed up not time as they asked, gave them a deposit as they asked. They did not stand up to their end of the agreement of 45 minutes. No character with this company, just a lot of hot air. Stay away from them!

    I paid $7100.00,to have nationwide settlement solutions, guarantee to get me out of my timeshare. That was in 2015, by 2018, after being led down endless paths, I began trying to get them to honor their guarantee, and refund my money. They responded with a letter, saying they couldn't help me. This was all through " ****************", of *********** **.

    This business is using similar tactics used by other scam call centers. They keep calling about a timeshare which i do not own, trying to get me to give them money. You can hear chearing in the background when they finally scam someone. Its a shame to see such companies still exist.

    Nationwide Settlement Solutions came to us (so to speak), they set up a time share exit presentation in Vermont not too far from us. We were skeptical going into this meeting as we had lost money previously with a different company that totally scammed us. Of the team of representatives, ******* ******* was assigned to us. We were certainly anxious to get out of the time share, it’s ever rising maintenance fees and our children’s potential obligation assuming we held onto it, but were still hesitant even after they presented us with a written guarantee stating that if they could not get the time share cancelled our money would be refunded.
    ******* put the package together with an estimated time frame of 3-4 months. They were all professional and courteous. Now, 3 1/2 months from that date we are officially free of that time share. Thank you *******, ****** and the whole team, you did exactly what you said you would do! We definitely recommend Nationwide Settlement Solutions.

    Very dishonest! High-pressure sales charge $30 to attend a seminar on getting out of a timeshare. Told me that if my wife couldn't attend I would receive a refund. After booking, they sent an e-mail explaining that unless both owners attend you will be turned away at the door and you will receive no refund.
