    Zero stars. Do not do business with them. They are harassing, unrelenting, rude, aggressive, unprofessional. I asked to be removed from their call list and the gentleman wanted to engage in a full fledged argument and was condescending. Be aware and do not get involved.

    Would not do business with them. My mom received calls every morning for weeks. I finally answered this unknown number it hung up and so I called back. The representative lied and said she never called then hung up on me.

    Do not do business with this group. Indeed they are not only a scam, they are rude. I answered their call (which they mask by making the inbound call appear to be coming from your own community area code), and when I explained I did not own a timeshare and would like to be removed from all these calls (which I was very polite) ******* decided to hang up on me mid sentence. I called back and the next man who answered wouldn't tell me the name of the business and said he had no need to talk to me since I don't own a timeshare and hung up while I was speaking. These are not the type of people you want to do business with. Fortunately I called them from another number, and they didn't realize it was me, so I was able to get the name of the business to file a complaint. Please people, please avoid dealing with these people!

    So rude! I simply asked how they got my #, then he started to raise his voice telling me its the ONLY way to get out of a time share, at no cost, which I politely contradicted then he hung up on me

    Resort Consulting Group LLC is a rip off, I was promised to resolve my issues with ************ Resort and paid ******** dollars. I haven't been able to reach anyone from there company since. they should be find and incarcerated for false Representation.

    Totally disregards the do not call list AND repeated requests to be removed from their call list. Have filed complaints with the federal registry and will continue to do so.

    This business tells you with 100% guarantees that they will get you out of your timeshare or 100% money back. We are still time share owners as of Jan 3, 2023. We were to be out of our timeshare contract by Nov 1st, 2022. This business owes me $6,495.00 as a refund. They will NOT answer their phone, will not return calls or emails. I want to start refund process for $6,495. I can NOT contract them. I even went by their *********** ******** business address, NO one answered the door. I would give a zero if I could.

    Seeing as how this "company" does not understand, or thinks the Do Not Call list applies to them, I would not do business with them even if I was interested in getting out of my Hilton contract. These folks are the new ambulance chasers.

    I would give it a ZERO if one was available. I think this company is a total scam.I cannot get a return call from either them or the lawyer firm that they told me they went through to file a class action lawsuit. Please don't use this company for your own sake.

    I paid ****** ****** of Resort Consulting Group $6,233.38, on 8/21/20 to file a lawsuit with an attorney in Springfield, MO to cancel our timeshare(s) with Blue Green Vacations. He told us it would be approx. 15 months for the suit to settle. On May 5, 2022, we received a letter from Mr. ****** saying the attorneys were in negotiations and should be concluded soon. On Sept 15, 2022 I called him and he says he is no longer active and gave me a number to call which I did. I left a msg on a voice mail, to call me with the receptionist's extension. on 9/17/22 I checked MO Sec. of State and found the business has changed hands. Called ****** and now heard a voicemail stating he has resigned for Med. Reasons and gave a tel. number to Call the new owner. I did and No one answered.
    On 11/29/2022 I called the attorney's office and they had no record of us. ****** had kept the money so we were never included in the lawsuit. I sent him letters twice since then and have had no response. Avoid anything he is involved in!!!
