    On 10/1/19 received an invoice from MKP ************ LLC for $4409.17 On 10-3-2019 signed and accepted the adjusted invoice with the settlement offer explaining that this offer is backed by a 110% money back guarantee which will include the settlement offer plus any fees that are associated with the termination of our timeshare contracts. (Attached in PDF format) Mailed a check #**** for $3964.17 on 10/4/19. (See address in email.)Been dealing with Tradebloc to keep our credit intact. Got a final intent to file a lien from one timeshare. Sent copy to Tradebloc. At that point they gave me MKP's phone number for further instructions on what to do. Called and found out that the company no long exists (has disconnected their phone or changed their number without leaving a forwarding number.) In searching discovered that apparently they have done this to many individuals based on the number of complaints I see in BBB.

    We hired this company to help us resolve a timeshare issue back in April of 2021. Now their phone, email and mailing address is no longer valid.

    On 1/18/2022 we entered into a contract with MKP Holdings of a settlement offer for the elimination of a timeshare contract with **************. The settlement offer states that "this settlement offer is backed by a 110% money back guarantee". We have been unable to contact MKP and find that the phone numbers we were given are no longer available nor have they contacted us regarding any progress. We have moved (same phone numbers and email address), have experienced major health issues and have limited income. We would like to have the Timeshare contract eliminated or our $2350.00 plus 10% returned.

    I have been trying for the last year to get in touch with this company. We paid them $1500 to get ** out of the contract. I have tried numerous times to contact them for the last two years, and I got all kinds of excuses. Now, when I try calling, I get a message that the number is no longer in service. I can&#**;t even leave a message.

    I have been in contract with this business for two years. I have paid the business to get me out of my timeshare in the amount of $2000.00. I have called the business and the operator says that the business is no longer in service, with out a forwarding number. I am thinking it is not a legitimate business they would have a back up number. They have not reached out to me reading the timeshare. I would for them to either end the timeshare or refund me in the amount of $2000.00.

    My parents, ***** and *************************, used MKP Holdings to help them absolve their timeshare and paid them $2,416.909 to do this. I tried to contact MKP Holdings to ask them what to do and we could not reach them at either phone number we had used before. Their phones were both disconnected. We also enrolled with ********* to protect their credit. My folks recently received an invoice from **************** Vacations in the amount of $6,951.24 for maintenance fees dated 1/12/23, due upon receipt. Acct number: *******. MKP **********************: ***************************************************************************** ************ or ************.OR ****************************************************************. This second address is the one shown on the Better Business Bureau website.     We hired MKP in the hopes to get out of our timeshare and paid $3800 to do so. They also sold ** on the idea to enroll in ********* to avoid negative hits on our credit while instructing us to stop paying on the timeshare. We have heard absolutely nothing and all calls go unanswered. Per the terms of the agreement, we should be entitled to a full refund.
