    This transaction happened during the Pandemic. We would like a refund because the service promised was not done. Our son and **, ******* and ******************************* paid $1,900 approximately a payment from our son and from us. They will have the exact amount, to get our time shares dismissed. However in almost 4 years we have not had any correspondence from this company nor has our sons timeshare been canceled. My husband and I locked our credit to prevent any reporting to the credit bureau to destroy our credit. Unfortunately, our son ******* did not act fast enough. We were assured they could help us since they had had so much success in the past. Nothing has been done. They actually forgot us. When I called they don't return calls nor have they worked on either of the case or have anything to show us. We want our money back, a full refund to us an our son. I have asked and only received one email.

    Paid for their service in April of 2019 for cancellation of time share. We were told it would take between 12-18 months. We were told it would take a little longer due to COVID. But now we are no longer getting any response from them. We have tried calling the lawyers(********** *** ***** ***) they assigned to us and they couldn't even give me any contact information to call. And they don't respond back either anymore.
