    Booked ******** trip on November 25th for $49 for 1 day vacation for Tuesday, November 29th for hotel and show. Charged fraudulent unauthorized $350 when i returned home. OTS Hospitality -************************* and *********************** never booked reservations until i arrived in *******. Lied to me and said was not a timeshare but small local travel agent presentation to show discounts on future travel they were sending me to. ***** asked me questions to qualify and come down. Never mentioned Westgate or travel club purchase. When I arrived at old ******* hotel clerk had me sign paper for presentation, it was too dark i could not read and I ask clerk what it said, she just looked at me. I said is this about phone conversation and she said yes. They sent me to Westgate. At Westgate timeshare after waiting45 minutes I did not qualify because i had been there in the past. This should have been checked out before sending me there so ***** could have made other arrangements if needed. I did not remember the place. My friend had booked a separate $49 trip never had to sign anything or go to presentation, was not charge extra $350. I should not be charged extra if she had not been charged. She was supposed to go to presentation at 9am and then they told her no when we got to *******. This was her 1st trip, and she won't be going back because of this scam. When i called *****, he refused to return my money or answer any questions, he would not tell me his or ******'s last name or who their supervisors were. Would not give copy of bill or contract i had signed. He hung up on me and has blocked my calls. Requesting refund of $350. I've never seen such unprofessional, unethical business practices in my travels and it's sad to think ******* is changing from family atmosphere to scam artist town. I feel like i did everything that was asked of me, i only was in town one day, he didn't do anything he promised, didn't book the resevations, the show with food was horrible we left at intermission.
