    It's been over 2 years with this company to help exit our timeshare. They promised up to 18 months. I'm still paying for my monthly timeshare payment. It takes at least 30 minutes wait when calling and when you actually talk to someone, it's the same comment about it's in legal now and it's been at legal for over a year. Now they say it's in the closing department. I don't think they are telling the truth. I paid over $5k for their service and still paying monthly for timeshare. This company is a scam.

    I paid several thousand dollars to this company to help me exit my timeshare. It has been over a year and a half that I have still been paying my timeshare payment with no results from Complete closing service. For a while they returned calls and now I cant get an answer. Last time I spoke with them, I was told I could expect a return call which has never happened. I believe this is a scam company. After all this time, they have nothing to report? They seem flaky at best.
