      Truck A10427 was charged for an *** not returned. And has an ****** set up for the *** this was terminated by the fleet manager due to his personal feelings.be cause we had the truck down a week.he was upset we havent been running the truck so I guess this is the way he call his self making a small business suffer by charging this to our other trucks that are running instead of charging it to the escrow they have been taking weekly.when we signed up the agreement said it would come out the escrow not our other trucks that is running.A10437 has $800 escrow A10427 has $1,400.00 escrow we should have not been charged nothing out of our weekly settlement it should have come from The escrow until the *** was returned. I am requesting to reimburse for the money that was taken out of the weekly settlement.this is unethical business practices. The Fleet manager ***** has personal issues with our company I have watch the personal attack issue against our company and staff. All staff has witnessed the disrespectful and rage approaches

      Attached is the contract with *********** Airway.  This contract addresses the Qualcomm (ELD) device required to haul freight (see para 5, para 6, Schedule 2).  ****** leased 2 Qualcomm units.  Those 2 units have not been returned since he cancelled his contract.  $1,100 per unit was withheld until returned.  All other monies have been sent to *******  Prime has communicated with him regarding the return.  Withholding of the unit cost can be from revenue of the truck or escrow account.

      I was a leasing a truck with the business as a leasing operator.  Something happened with the truck and the business got upset.  The first contract was for one year and now the business is sending me bills after I returned the truck.  I informed them that I was having issue with the truck.  The business is sending maintenance bills for the repair of the truck.  I was not a employee of the business but a lease operator.  I would like the business stop sending me bills because they are the ones who ended the contract.

      I asked for balance statements after I make payments by email. I did not receive any after Friday the 28th payment. And no explanation for why a $5 autopayment was made.

      Attached is the most recent email communication between Prime and *** *******  Reading this it would appear that this matter has been resolved.  I am unsure what issue remains.
