    On 3/2/23 He was cutting trees down for my neighbor and I asked him to give me a price for cutting 2 trees down for me. I thought the price was fair and he also did a pretty good job. I was writing the check and he said he would grind my tree stumps if I paid him another $100, and I ended up paying him $675. He was supposed to come Saturday 3/4/23 but didn&#**;t show. He rescheduled two more times but didn&#**;t show. I have since called him several times asking him to return my call but he has not answered my calls.

    I paid this company $400 to do work at one of my rental properties. I paid by check. They did about 3/4 of the work and they were supposed to come back and they never have. I have tried contacting them; and their mailbox is full.

    *********************** came to our house on a Thursday evening asking if he could cut down some of the dead trees for us on our property as well as grind the stumps out. He stated we did not have to pay a dime until the work was completed. We agreed on a price for the work. His team started the job immediately. That evening, they cut down all the trees on the property we had agreed to. Since they got that part of the job done so quickly, we agreed to pay them all but $100 for the job. They were supposed to come back the following day to clean up all of the wood and debris that was cut down. They were also supposed to come back on the weekend to grind out all of the stumps. That evening, we had to go clean debris out of the road because they left it a mess and it was impeding traffic. His team also left their trucks and equipment on our property overnight even though this was not something we agreed to. The next day ****** came back and ground down a few of the stumps. Again we paid ahead of time for grinding the stumps even though the work was not completed. His team came back to take the trucks and equipment and were changing out license plates on the vehicles. After that day, they have not come back to complete any of the work. We have left voicemails and have been texting back and forth. They keep stating they are coming but never show up. He has stopped responding to my text messages. At this point, we are going to have to hire another company and spend more money to finish the job we already paid them to do. After having no success with getting them to come back, we researched his company and found out they have had a BBB complaint filed once before. Also the local news station did a story on them a couple of years ago about this same situation. All the ****** reviews indicate the same problem with other customers. And all the local tree companies we call are familiar with the ***** brothers and that they keep doing this to unknowing customers.
