    I never signed a contract, paid no money to these people who were recommended by friend. They just showed up on my property without advance notice. I had never seen the person who was in my yard and I wasn't sure they were using proper or safe equipment. They cut down branches, used some of my equipment. When they were there their axle broke on their trailer. Now I have to pay someone to clean up all the debris they left.

    We had them to come out and give us an estimate on two trees, the man told us he would go back to his office and work us up an estimate and email us the results. That was 2 weeks ago and we have not heard a word from them.
