      I bought a 2017 Jeep Compass from the Auto Shoppe in April/May of 2020/This was my very first vehicle purchase. I also purchased their Extended Warranty package (********************************) that they sell - feeling confident it would be beneficial for me, knowing that maintenance services I would get done at the Auto Shoppe would be covered and I would also have assistance if I went elsewhere for Maintenace or parts. Some time last year, I called The Auto Shoppe to schedule my next oil change and they told me they actually moved locations and no longer do maintenance on vehicles - only sell. Since this phone call with the Auto Shoppe, I have not been able to get in touch with someone. I have called a few dozen times, left voicemails, etc and have not received a phone call back OR gotten anyone to answer the phone. I am trying to cancel my warranty plan and get a pro-rated reimbursement check as I have paid an extra $100 a month on top of my car payment for the last 3 years and have only used it twice while the auto shoppe was still performing maintenance appointments. I contacted ************* to find out what my steps are in cancelling, and they said in order to cancel my warranty, I am required to fill out and sign a cancellation form through The Auto Shoppe, they have to send it into my warranty company (********************************) and then ************* will mail the Auto Shoppe a reimbursement check for them to give to me. I have called and called, and I have stopped by in person and they are never there and it all seems very shady to me and I'm just needing help to cancel my warranty and be reimbursed.
