    I had Teraflex drag link and tie rods installed. They charged me extra money without asking me before doing the service. After I got the vehicle back I noticed the jamb nuts for the tie rods were completely loose and all 4 of the grease zerts wasn't even greased on the brand new equipment they installed. Plastic plugs were even still in the joints. Further more they weren't smart enough or didn't care to adjust the parts they installed (drag link, Tie rod ends) They kept the tool that is used for adjusting it. They mentioned there wasn't hardware included to install the steering stabilizer. Upon retrieval of the vehicle an looking through the parts they returned, there was a bag with the hardware to do exactly this. I think they have very inexperience staff and don't care about customers with custom vehicles. They probably do fine with every day stock vehicles.
