      I don't know about yacht charter groups. I would not recommend this company for a purchase for a home. This is a conglomerate that has its own interest first and foremost. Worst experience I have ever been through and am astonished that companies that can have multi state leverage can sell and market things that are neither code nor even with a common sense guideline. This company would sell you your own shirt if they had a chance. I won't get into details beyond the fact that they will knowingly cover up customer concerned aspects of a home in order to short sale their low volume or high volume depending on how your gaging the market for their own profits. I just will say beware their are many companies that will be interested to sell you a home if you happen to read this message try considering other realtors or options.
