In June of 2024 I paid the company MGM Window and Gutter Cleaners a substantial fee to clean all of the windows on my home as well as my gutters. I found out about them through an official flyer that was sent to my home in the mail. They came out to do the work but when doing so, they badly damaged a screen on one of the windows - I found it on the ground as it is now too damaged to stay in the window without falling out and falling apart. They acknowledged this (after I called them) and in a series of saved text messages from them, said they had found someone to repair it and asked me to put the damaged screen on the front porch and they would pick it up, have it repaired and return it to me. They never did and have not taken my calls or replied to my texts ever since, now 2 months later. I also tried emailing them to no avail. They also seem to go by the name APS Window Cleaning and Gutter *********************************************** Washing. So now they have essentially stolen my property and will not respond nor return the repaired screen. If necessary, I have photos of the damaged property, texts from them admitting this and agreeing to the repair and bank statements detailing the money I paid them.

************** This is the phone number for the business and the number where they have texted me acknowledgement of them damaging the screen and agreeing to fix it. This phone number is attached to both business I listed in my complaint - which I discovered through googling the company.

There is no mailing address that I could find.
