      We took a window frame in there and was supposed to get it back in a couple weeks but got it back in a couple months. The original price was $450 and when we picked it up it was $520. I asked why didn&#**;t you call and tell me the difference in the price. They brought it out and I paid for it. They said they could come out if something happened. We took it home and it fell out. He told me there was nothing he could do about it. I didn&#**;t break the H32363230**36343436H, the caulking made it come out of the frame. I want them to fix this.

      Good Morning,

      Thank you for making us aware of this situation, this is the first we have heard of it. The customer brought a window in to be repaired and picked a custom pattern glass. We told them we needed to check availability and asked if they would pick a second choice. The first choice was not available large enough to repair the window. So, I called and left a voice mail stating the first choice is not available, the second choice will be $520 and because of the size it will be a longer lead time. 

      After receiving this notification from the BBB, I immediately called the customer. I spoke to ***************** and she gave me ******************** cell number. Over the next week, I left 4 voice mails stating I would like to get  this resolved. I finally got a hold of **************** on my 5th call. I told him we hadn't heard anything about this until the BBB contacted me. He replied, maybe I called the wrong company? I asked him to bring the window in and  said we will repair it. A few days later **************** brought the window in, which has been repaired and is waiting to be picked up. I told **************** I'm not sure how this happened, the window sat finished in our shop for at least a couple of weeks before it was picked up the first time and everything was fine when it was loaded. Obviously, once something leaves our shop we can't be responsible for it, It's impossible for us to know how it is handled / installed, etc. We are a family business that has been in business since 1946. That is not a coincidence. We stand behind our quality work.
