    On or about November 8th, 2021 Patriot Concrete Solutions coated my driveway and turn around with their coating process. ($12,000 worth). The finished product looked very nice but about April 2022 some small patches started popping up. I have had numerous conversations with them about said problems. The company says the warranty does not cover these problems because the dimpled concrete was not perfect for the coating. These were not cracks, as they said cracks were not covered. I am very disappointed and dissolutioned with their response as I assumed they were a reputable company. Thank you

    To Whom It May Concern:


    Concrete Coatings by Patriot Sunrooms prides itself on a
    reputable customer service and installation of all of our products.  We take a great amount of time with our
    customers to explain our installation procedures on our coating and inform them
    of any concerns we have prior to our installation process. 


    We agree that there are areas where the coating is popping up.  This is not due to cracks as *** ******** is
    stating, this is due to the existing pitting in his concrete.  There is a difference in the two.

    We noted on our contract (see attached) that we could not
    guarantee these existing deformities, pitting and cracking.  These areas are exactly where the existing
    pits were at, please see picture attached. We visited the residence with our lead installer to review
    the area of concern, he was convinced this was due to the existing
    pitting.  We explained our position after
    that visit with *** ******** and tried to review the “before” pictures with
    him, he hung up on us.  We had his
    representative reach out to him to discuss this issue, he will not return our
    calls.  At this point we cannot do
    anything more than we have already.  We
    cannot put a resolution to this if he is uncooperative.
