    On 3/12/2025 I checked into Quality Inn, St. *******. After working a little bit, I went to take a shower and had no hot water. I thought maybe with everyone showering that I would give it a little bit. Later I checked and still no hot water, around midnight. After calling the front desk, I went down there, and no one was there. However, a gentleman, off the street, just randomly walked in to locate a restroom. I took myself up to my room as I didn't feel that it was safe. In my experience at a certain time the hotels will have the doors lock and guest can only enter with their key or be buzzed in by the front desk. I went to bed, woke up early to take a shower, still no hot water. I went downstairs to get some coffee, no coffee and no sign, no nothing. Just a lot of cups left with *******, milk, etc. I went upstairs to pack my things to leave. Intentions were to stay there, enjoy coffee, breakfast, and work, but I ended having to leave. Couldn't sleep well, stayed up to late waiting to take a shower, still couldn't take a shower, coffee is my go to in the mornings, and I needed to work, but couldn't stay there. Of course, ****** was out of town. I demanded that they reach her as many others were disappointed as well. She approved a 25% discount. I requested a full refund. Everything about the stay was horrible. I never even received the 25% discount credit to my card as of 3/28/2025. I called multiple times to discuss with ****** with no response. Today, 3/28/2025, I was yelled at, told that I would not get anything more and not to call back, and was hung up on. I called back and was immediately placed on hold. The second time I called back, they just let it ring. I was told, ****** was on a conference call when I asked for her, before I was yelled at, so was she lying to the recipient (me-not knowing who I was at the time) before she started yelling at me? ****** should have called me as a professional upon her return to try to work this out.
