    On 1/30/2025 Home Doctors LLC sold us 2485 sq feet of insulation and two attic solar fans, and installed them on 2/1/2025. We were told the soffits would be cleaned as part of the installation, and pictures would be provided of the work after completion.
    The soffits were not cleaned, and the pictures have not been sent. I have called them seven times, and the office manager left a message one time on my voice mail. When you spend 19k on a product, would think the customer service we be excellent.

    **** the GM came by and sent me the pictures of my attic. All issues have been resolved, and I appreciate Home Doctors LLC willingness to stand by their commitments that were made.

    On 1/17/25 workers from Home Doctors LLC came to our house to do a whole home ceiling seal, install a solar exhaust fan in the roof, install an Aero-pro air cleaner, and install a Renu-aire furnace air cleaner. After performing the first three, the workers said they didn't have the Renu-aire unit in the truck, but would order it and it would be delivered the following week to be installed as soon as I called the office. The Renu-aire unit had not arrived after two weeks, so I called the office and left a message as no one answered the phone. I never received a call back. After another week I called again and left a message, No one called back. This week I called the office and left the message that they could refund my money since I paid in full when they were here on 1/17/25. I paid a total of $9000, the Renu-aire unit was $3995 of the amount, so I asked for a return of $3995.

    The product has been installed and customer order is complete.  We were waiting on product to get shipped to us, but once we received, customer was notified and order has been completely fulfilled!

    Purchased a insulation solution and it was not completed correctly. Multiple attempts to contact them have gone unresolved. Multiple emails, contact forms on their website and voicemail messages have not gotten one return call.
