    11/13/2023 Insulated the attic and sealed all piping, installed solar vent fan. We have a leak in the bathroom vent, they have not returned my call to address this problem. and they took pictures of the work and said they would send them to me, and they did not.

    I had an attic blanket installed on 16 DEC 2022 and while the workers were installing the blanket in the attic, they were moving around the A/C ductwork which caused water to come out of two of the vents. The brown water that came out stained our carpet in the bedroom and the other vent came out on tile in the kitchen. I went up and told the workers that water was leaking from the vent, so one of the workers came down and cleaned it up. While cleaning it up he said for the inconvenience, he would have the company send us a gift card for a dinner for two. While they were up in the attic, they also caused drywall nails to loosen and cracked the plaster in five different places. I called and talked to the owner/manager (*** ******) a couple weeks later and he said he would have a dinner for two gift card from ******** ******* ********** in Moline, IL sent out. It has been three months and I have not seen the dinner gift card. I tried calling *** earlier this week and left a voice message and he has not responded back. I tried calling again today with no answer.

    The original day of purchase was November 17 their installation was the 18th. The installers put holes through my ceiling and cracks through the more of the house they originally said they would pay for all the damage if I got 2 estaments now the are complaining because it's too much. And not willing to do it unless I sign off on part of the project. They are now ignoring me. It has become a health issue for me the old insulation is coming down on me. I am coughing when I had no allergies and have had to move out of my bedroom, and now am dealing with more restless sleep. I told them I need to get it fixed. As soon I picked a contractor they which I sent to them they wanted to do it. But I have now signed a contract. They are ignoring me again.

    I have dealt with this particular customer myself numerous times, we attempted to provide her with a service call and have it recorded seven different occasions  **** ******* never will answer the phone, and when she does has excuses as to why we could not come by her home  she had a contractor come in and fix her entire home and then claim it was due to our mistakes in that we needed to pay. On a recorded call she admitted that multiple rooms were damaged prior to us being there however, she still has them fixed by her contractor.  Businesses beware of this customer we have thousands and thousands of customers and we have never dealt with anyone quite like this. We told her we would be happy to pay for the ceiling that she claimed we stepped through as long as she signed something saying that she wouldn’t come back on us later, and find something else but of course, that was not good enough for her. According to the before, and after photos of her home, this damage was there before we ever started.

    On October 27, 2021, we bought a DFS System from you. {At a cost of $2,295.00} I am confused on what I brought from you. I was told it was an Aeropro Professional DFS (Disinfecting Filtration System) Air Cleaning System, Model NO- *** *** and the box it came in has the Aeropro sticker on it.

    However, the DFS I have from the box has on the top of the machine that it is a “********* *******" and on the bottom back of the machine is a sticker: ******** ***** *** *** , Serial
    ********. {which fell off on its own} WHAT MACHINE DO I HAVE?

    I was unable to get a user manual for the ********** other than a printout from the internet giving the features which states it has a 5 stage VOC adsorption filter. However, the Aeropro user manual says the Aeropro has an 8-Stage Prefilter.

    When I went to order a replacement filter set it includes (2) 5-Stage Prefilters and (1) BIOZONE Main Filter.

    What machine do I have? If it is an Aeropro, where can I get the (2) 8-Stage prefilters with the Main Filter?

    Please answer and advise!

    We mailed ******* ****** a new machine 0n 1/12/2023. He  also was explained to him by us and the company ****************** that makes our air machines that he had received the correct one. Also he was mailed a free replacement filter as well as a refill form for further filters.
