    This was the worst experience ever. Highly racist staff. My appointment was made via phone. I came in & the tech didnt want to allow me to go to the rest room, then after she starts to tell me because my skin as been exposed to sun they can not treat me. She explains that until I no longer have sun exposer they can not treat me. I asked what they consider as exposure she advised if you are in the sun longer than ***** min. I explained that I am not even in the Sun for that amount of time. I am African American so naturally Im a darker complexion. I asked why wasnt I provided this information before I came. She said oh we cant treat you without a consultation.Then she said youre welcomed to go somewhere else and see if they will do it And she even hurried to explain how to get a refund from ******* and quickly walked me out the door. In my 46 years I have never experienced racism to this degree. The owner replied back to my ****** review & said they do not treat AFRICAN skin. Last time I checked I am Amercian. There is no where listed on their website or in the fine print on ******** NO BLACKS ALLOWED.
