    When ordering the building he talk to me every day but once the building was ordered and deposit paid communication all but closed he said it couldnt be assembled or scheduled until concrete was finished. I informed him on July 18 and said in order pictures and proof I talked about ordering April eighth I sent him information sent text April 11 and May 6 and sent payment info for Deposit. I. also contacted May sixth and 13th question arrival and set up May 13. You said youd check delivery and set up date May 18 I text about delivery date no answer May 20. I checked again you still had no scheduling day I told you on June 2. The foundation will be ready you replied you would let scheduling know then you said. when you said when the concrete was set, give me a call. I let you know that the foundation was poured on July 18. I sent proof pictures July 18 I ask about scheduling July 26 checked on scheduling no answer August 3. I checked on scheduling no reply September 19 I checked on scheduling no reply October 3 I checked on scheduling no reply October 15 I checked on scheduling no reply. I also not only texted I called and left messages in between texts. no reply or Contact. over a month ago he said they will schedule it in next week and a half. Still no reply in over a month four months no building no scheduling no communication no its winter has set in and you said it would be before summer. it has been 11 months. I talked to attorney and he said this length of time is ridiculous not prudent not reasonable I canceled order to get deposit back of $6460.50 No reply I checked on this many times and you would not answer and gave me no reply after I built a building he got a hold of me and said OK its ready but it was too late. He lied even about that it was ready. I tried to get a hold of him by phone many times after that and left a message and he would not reply nor did he ever sent my deposit back. I dont know what else to do or who to talk to

    Mr *** was told in the beginning that lead times at the time of contract were 6-8 weeks onece you are ready. We work on runs which means the factory would have several installs in a geographical area and send those out at the same time. Mr *** did have some delays due to this. He had ordered a very customized building and when he was contacted to schedule the installation ( after unit was ready ) he had stated that he no longer wanted and he had bought elsewhere. Mr. *** has an in house credit for his deposit for the purchase of a building of equal size/price.

    We paid a deposit of **** dollars to Blue Ridge Buildings in August of 2023. They informed us it is a 6-8 week delivery time and informed us they had extra help to build before the snow hits. We are at 12 weeks and have no delivery date or communication from the company. We have had limited communication through email where they tell us they will get back with us the following week with the scheduled delivery and we never hear back. In reading the other complaints it feels like this is fairly normal for them. It feels very much like a scam but it's hard to tell. I see the company is having back Friday sales on their buildings but have not fulfilled their previous publications.

    Ordered a custom building from this company on 12/31/2022. Was told 4-6 weeks and it should be ready to install. Put down a deposit after figuring everything out with *****. Almost 6 months later and no updates on what's taking so long. Asked for either zero percent financing or refund as this is a ridiculous amount of time to wait and ***** said he'd pass everything to corporate and have an answer for me this Tuesday. Just silence when I reach out to him. The long wait has been a hassle because the building should already be up, yet here I wait.

    In response to complaint filed by Mr. ***** Mr **** did contract with us for a 30x50x12 steel building on 12/31/22. He was told that general installation lead times are 6-8 weeks weather permitting. As being it was winter there were additional delays as to be expected and explained in contract. Mr. **** ordered his building as a cash purchase, he then applied with a few different lenders that we use to help customers that do require financing and wasnt able to qualify. He then started demanding since there were delays we had better give him financing at 0% rate or his refund. The contracts does say there are no refunds for canceled orders ( which he actually had not canceled ) We explained to him that we have no control over what a lender does and could not guarantee any type of financing. We also noted that he did not sign the order that he was financing and he said he had to use his money for other this since we had taken so long.  He then started messaging and commenting with other potential customers on FB stating we cheated him and lied to him which neither is true. At that time we did block and delete him from our FB page.  We will not take a building out and not know how we are going to collect the balance. As for his order we can install 2-3 weeks from today if he can honor the order which means 50% of balance when we call to set the date and a form of payment on file for when installation is completed. As we start getting into winter we cant guarantee
    delivery/instal dates as it will determined by weather.  We have offered to give him full credit towards the purchase of a building equal to or more thank his original building.

    I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:

    I reached out to company and they said you can change your order if it hasn't been submitted which it hadn't been sent to factory. Then ***** got ahold of me saying he'd check into and get back to me after the company agreed to do a carport instead. ***** never contacted me after that. I was just trying to give them business and zero out my balance. I would never recommend this business to anyone as it's a fly by night company I feel. Unless they prove otherwise which I doubt they will and ***** will just pocket the $5000. Bad business to deal with. Stay away from them!
