    Terrible customer service. Ordered structure and assured it would be around 6 weeks for completion. We were told at signing when we gave them a $2,000 deposit that we would get a call in a couple of days from the company that was building the structure in ******. 4 WEEKS later and no call. We called the salesman **** and he said hed get a hold of the company. Then nothing for several days. We called back **** and he said he tried but couldnt get a hold of the company and maybe wed have better luck calling them ourselves! So we tried and when we finally got a live voice they said that it looked like ours was just in the permit process! WE Never needed permitting! As another week went by we decided to cancel our order. The salesman assured us he would refund the $2,000 deposit and as another 2 weeks have come and gone no word on ever getting the deposit back. We have tried calling and no one will return our calls. Buyer beware! (If you look under complaints rather than reviews there is someone else that had a similar experience)
