    A deposit of $3428.10 was paid to this business in February with the agreement a new deck would be installed within 6-8 weeks. After multiple attempts to communicate and promises and excuses by the owner, the deck has never been installed, with no date and no communication from the owner. We have requested a refund of our deposit and the owner will not respond at all.

    We contacted the owner of Outdoor Creations and Design March of 2023 to put in a patio. We paid him half of the money upfront, which was $8,000, and said it would be about 6 months to get to our house. There was zero communication all the way until September when we were moving. We agreed to a compromise of his company fixing some small repairs at our old house, and adding a screened in porch to the new house. He indeed helped us fix some problems with our house before we sold it and he did come to our new house and agreed to screen in our new porch and give us what was left of the remaining balance. The materials he used to fix our house was 2 sheets of sheet rock, caulk, ~50ft of roof flashing, mold removal chemicals, and misc equipment such as nails/rags. Well below the $8,000 we gave him. We estimate that the largest cost would have been the 5-8 hours of labor but still $2,000 or less. Since he came to our new house we have yet to hear from him, we want the remainder of our money back. Knowing he helped with some minor repairs for our old house we want $6,000 back because that is more the generous for the small repairs they did for our house. That we didnt even contract them for. We tried to ask for an itemized receipt for the work done for the other house, without a response. I have tried calling for months with no response or someone cancels my calls when I try to contact them. This is completely unprofessional and they are holding my hard earned money hostage. After seeing the other reviews it seems to be a continuous action to others as well.

    We have been in contact with the Customer regarding this complaint. After speaking with the Customer, they agreed that the repairs we did were well more than the ******* the complaint suggested. We originally contracted with them to put a screen room on their existing Home. Our schedule was behind and after some time the Customers found black mold that was caused by a leak. The Customers contacted their Builder and nobody would help them nor could anyone find where the leak was coming from. The Customers were so upset that the Builder wouldn't help them in any way! So they decided they wanted to sell the house bc they felt unsafe with all the issues. At that time I agreed to help them with their situation. we pulled off of another job and made it a priority so they could feel comfortable about listing their house. The leak was above the garage and took us some time to find the leak but we found it! We had to take the siding off and fix a few places where water was coming in. Once the leak was fixed, we then had to take out drywall and get rid of ALL the black mold. We had to put the new drywall back up and also put siding back on. All this work and mold removal would have been over 10k if another Company did it. We liked the Customers so much we did it and in a timely manner to sell their House. To me what we did to help this Customer was priceless! There was some money left after we did the repairs and we have been in contact with them to hopefullywork the rest out

    June 27, 2023 We hired ****** ****** and his company to build a deck. We gave him a deposit for almost 14k and he stated work would begin in 8 weeks. It's been a year and nothing has been done. I have has countless messages and conversations with ****** all i get is excuse after excuse. The last conversation was that he would provide a address of his current work site so we could see he is working. He has not provided that address. He also stated he does not have our money .

    The partial 1k payment offered was not genuine.  It was offered in exchange for my silence.  ****** wanted us to stop posting the truth about his business and stop talking to the media.  He also tried to intimidate me by threatening my business.
