    I have a timeshare and don&#**;t know how they got information to contact me. They wanted to use my points and they were paying me good for about a year. I have called them and told them I have 8 bookings here that they never paid me for and I have called them. I get a recording to tell me my complaint and never get through to them. It seems like they owe me $9,000.00 - $10,000.00.There are 8 bookings they have not paid me for yet. I would like to get my money from these bookings.

    Dear *********************************,

    I am not sure why your complaint insinuates that you do not know who we are. You have been turning your points into the rental program since 2018 and have been paid for every reservation we have ever placed on your account. As per the letter we sent out to you in April of 2023, you were notified that in order to continue receiving your rental payments, we would need your direct deposit information because we were no longer printing checks. Another letter was sent in September when you did not give us the requested information. We have tried multiple times to contact you via phone, email and mail. Our contact information is also in the last renewal you signed turning in points to us. We instructed all owners who called in to please reach out to us via email and to date you have not done that. There are also no messages from you on our phone line or a record of you attempting to call. The email address to use for contacting us is ***********************
