    Order Date: 03/27/2023 Order number: 3D-254607 Account info: ***************** I order the following ink cartridges *********** Cyan Reman Cartridge (High Capacity) - ******* * ******* *** ****** (825 page yield) *********** Magenta Reman Cartridge (High Capacity) - ******* * ******* *** *****) (825 page yield) T6M10AN-REM Yellow Reman Cartridge (High Capacity) - ******* * ******* *** ****** (825 page yield) *********** Black Reman Cartridge (High Capacity) - ******* * ******* *** ****** (825 page yield) I sent over various e-mails asking for assistance because the ink cartridges didn't work and did follow the instructions to trouble shoot. 04/24, 04/25, 04/27, 05/01, 05/15, 05/30, 06/12, 06/13, 06/14, 06/21, 07/03, 07/25, 08/04. I left several voicemails here to state to request for an immediate refund because the product doesn't work, but no return call back and no e-mails back. I have given this business many opportunities to respond back and do a full refund for me. I followed and respond back in a timely manner, but after several e-mails and voicemails there is nothing back from this business. I just want to get the money I paid for in full and never do business here again. I would appreciate your assistance.

    Customer never returned the items to be refund. We went ahead a refunded the order anyway on 8/8/23.
