      My elderly mom got a lawsuit threat in the mail threatening her home, income, and security. She called Rick because his letter sounded the most honest.
      Their conversation was frank, honest and addressed her fears. This was right before Christmas. Rick calmed her fears and she was able to have a Merry Christmas knowing the matter was going to be handled in a expedient, honest and knowledgable way.

      Another predator in the scummy world of debt collectors. Do not respond to them. They go after debt that is past the status of limitations. Don't acknowledge, don't talk to them. Just scum.

      Wow....sorry you TOTALLY mis understood the letter I sent you which is what you are responding to right ? Right ? Well, if you actually took the time to read and understand that letter you'd see that I am NOT the debt collector/plaintiff suing you. It even states plainly at the bottom of the letter that I am NOT affiliated with whoever is suing you and that my letter is an advertisement to help you. RIGHT ? DO YOU SEE THAT ?? If anyone reading this will notice the 2 negative reviews here are for the same dumb reason in that someone didn't read the letter they got from me and jumped to wrong conclusions. Right ? Wow.

      They keep calling me saying they are lawyers and are going to take my assets, freeze my bank account, seize my property. I keep trying to tell them Im going thru identity theft and this isn't my debt. Now they are filing a lawsuit and sent a letter saying they aren't even affiliated with the creditor in anyway but they are taking everything I have.

I've never called you as I am NOT the creditor suing you. Please just disregard the ADVERTISEMENT I sent you. Thank you and good luck.
