    August 2022, needed A/C looked at. AHCS, WHansen claimed needed a new unit, $1800. The unit was $1200. After install was informed likely just needed $70 capacitor. He charged over $475 for unneeded refrig and 2 $25 flashlights. This portion I paid to distributor by check. He swiped balance by debit card , $2350 but said no phone connection so it didn't register. I gave $3K cash.His end goal was $4K. Next day the card did register so I asked for the cash back. For months, the bs too much to put here but in essence he kept all the monies. Told me to get refund from ******Up. Clients are the only ones who can communicate with ******Up. Ozark County Sheriffs Dept. requested he talk to them, he claims to be in Arizona. No need for response from him here. Contact OCSD, Mo. with any info.

    I am rejecting this response because:  This will stop that dodge. I am not a vendor and cannot register as one to get correspondence with ********.   Does he really think I could just  talk with ******Up and tell them to send me what he owes me from his account?  HE has to make the refund from his own account TO the customer. The customer cannot just take from his account.  BBB will understand this, ******** doesn't even know about it, I cannot tell them give me this amount of refund.Expect he'll say he's told ******** to settle and start the spinning again. Days of telling customers take care of themselves are over. Hear he's left the area and dodging OCSD. Innocent people don't do that.

    On 10/13/22 the owner operator of this business ***** ******, agreed to fall three trees and trim several others. He received a check from me in the amount of $1200.00 for those services. He did a total of 5 hours of work, left and never completed the job. Since all I have been getting is excuses, I decided to post on social media where I have learned that through his heating and air company, he has scammed (so far) 5 people for a total sum of approximately $51,000! Police reports have been filed. But there needs to be a red flag put on this business and the man who owns it.

    He was hired in June to build a 12×12 room off of my existing. House. My roof now has a roof above my existing one with it open to 20 degree days and nights. My mother is 83. Years old. And I am handicap. He has been paid 9,000.00. And still has not finished it. Cant get him to do it. I do believe he bid the job and dont know how to do it. He hired a couple mexicans from Kansas City to do the room to this point. He keeps telling me hes sending a contracted over to do it. But no one ever shows up. Sending a plumder over. No one shows. He send the your guy over for and hour or so when I get on him about getting this done. So I cant say nothing is being done. He puts up a couple boards or digs for a few. Just a total joke. There isn't any excuse for the way this has went. I have spoke to a lawyer and am seriously thinking of turning him in for exploitation and elder abuse. He has my mother sick with all of this mess. I have text and recipe to back up everything. I do not know how to upload documents. Or text. If you tell me how, I can do it. I'm not a tech person, sorry. Also if you call me please leave a message and I will return your call.

    Quoted $8,300 for a mini split system, contract signed, half down, remaining balance over 4 months. 3-28-22 $4,150 paid
    4/7/22, I sent several messages, about getting started on project, was told he would start the following week.
    4/17/22, got message, he was "finishing up a deck" and he would get to my job the following week.
    4/22/22 contacted ***** to tell him we were in town, he responded that his transmission was out on his truck, requested we come pick him and his equipment up.
    4/27/22 Received text that he was picking up supplies for another customer
    4/30/22 $1,025 payment made, no work started yet
    5/19/22 ***** states he's taking care of "full paying customers" first. no work at this point
    5/24/22, ***** requests additional money that was not part of bid for refrigerant & line sets, he said he miscalculated and I needed to pay more for materials
    5/25/22, work was started but not complete
    5/28/22 units installed, not complete, came without tools or materials used scrap wood on the property to build platform for main unit, not mounted properly
    5/29/22, ***** notified unit in the main room was not running. I Performed troubleshooting tips from manual and from *****, without success.
    5/30/22 ***** advised unit still not working
    5/31/22 I approved payment of $1,030, credit card charged $1,300 instead.
    6/12/22 ***** informed unit still not operational, his response "you are pushing too many buttons"
    6/30/22 ***** checked system, states it was "over charged" & is now balanced
    7/3/22 advised ***** system blowing hot air, he offered to look at it, we were out, agreed to meet next morning
    7/4/22 text from ***** "taking the day off"
    7/5 I received multiple threats from ***** including to "rip the units out" and put lein on my home. States he will "execute action"

    We have completed all work we were contracted to do, except the removal of the old package unit due to rising water at the lake. We completely installed the new system that is working just as it should. We have went above and beyond including providing extra material and labor that we agreed to not add to their invoice. The homeowner has refused to pay the balance owed on the account, and assumes the system is not working properly, we have looked at the unit and do not find any workmanship or product concerns. We encourage the home owner to pay the balance due and address any product concerns with the warranty company. We no longer wish to continue a business relationship with the consumer, however we will be more than happy to review any inspection reports that will support their claim that the system is not functioning properly. Our records show this job is complete, without any inspection report to support the claim, our company will move forward in filing a mechanics lien for the remaining $1800.00 balance due, all additional material and labor fees that were forgiven, as well as all court cost.
