1 starI wanted to share feedback about my visit on Monday, June 9 at your Olive location. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to the unprofessional and dismissive behavior of the physician I saw that day.I came in for a workers compensation visit. The claim information had been sent to your office ahead of time, and no issues were raised prior to or during check-in. Everything appeared routine until I was in the exam room and overheard the physician in the hallway, speaking loudly in front of other staff and patients. He said he wasnt going to complete the forms, wasnt going to see me, and that I should go elsewhere if I wanted to be treated. This happened before he even spoke to me.When the tech came in to explain, I mentioned I had an approval letter from the insurance provider. Shortly after, the physician entered the room with someone I believe was a scribe, neither of whom introduced themselves. He said, Are you going to move from the chair to the exam table so I can look at your knee?I declined, since the purpose of the visit was to establish care and have a physician assume the role of primary treating doctor for the claim. He refused, stating he wasnt an orthopedist, which is inaccurate. The insurance provider confirmed general practitioners typically assume this role, not specialists.Once he said he wouldnt take on that responsibility, I said I couldnt proceed. He interrupted, saying So youre refusing care, which wasnt true. I clarified that I couldnt be treated by someone unwilling to fulfill the visits purpose.I later overheard him again at the front desk, repeating that I refused care. I corrected him, because that mischaracterization matters. The visit didnt fail due to confusion. It failed because of how rude and unprofessional he was. This could have been a routine appointment if handled respectfully. I hope steps are taken to prevent this from happening to others.Total Access Urgent Care, PC

1 starReceived stitches for a cut and was told by staff that there would be no charge for my return visit to remove, Upon arrival for removal 5 days later, there was no paperwork exchanged, nothing to indicate that they were planning to charge me yet again for a procedure that I was promised was included in the original charge. On top of whatever physical pain you may be experiencing, expect deceptive billing practices and unbundling of services from TAUC to augment your agony. Thank you for a memorable experience!Total Access Urgent Care, PC

1 starAvoid this place like the plague! The care I received was good, but after the billing issues Ive encountered, I will no longer use this business for my urgent care needs. I paid my bill immediately upon receipt, but I keep getting additional bills and text messages for payment even though the balance has been paid in full. Ive called multiple times. After the first call, I left a message after bring on hold for forty-five minutes; my call wasnt returned, and I continued receiving bills for the amount already paid. I tried calling on another occasion, and after being on hold for thirty minutes, I selected the option to have a representative call me once my place in line had been reached, but I never received a call back. Additionally, *** sent two emails to the billing department with the receipt of payment, but I did not receive a response, and I continue to receive bills for an amount Ive already paid. I even stopped by the **** location I was seen at to try and talk to someone about my billing issue, and they no longer have an in-house billing person, so nobody there could provide assistance or even confirm that they received my payment. I paid my bill in a timely manner, but I keep being asked to pay the same amount. I dont want this affecting my credit. Who knew it would be this hard for **** to realize they have received my payment. Ive been a patient there for years, but I will not return again because its clear to me now **** does not give much care to the overall patient experience.Total Access Urgent Care, PC

1 starI went to Total Access Urgent Care in January for a Knee injury. In February they sent me a bill for $68.37 which I paid over the phone with my debit card, and my Bank records show they received the money on 03/19/24. Since that time, **** has sent me a Collection Letter EVERY MONTH, the latest dated 9/6/2024. In this letter they demand I pay them $68.37 within 14 days or it will go up to $85.46, and be referred to a collection agency. I have tried calling their billing department several times but never succeeded in talking to a human. I'm tired of their monthly harassment. I left them my name and number several times and no one calls me back.Total Access Urgent Care, PC

1 starI am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding the excessive wait time my grandmother, who is 90 years old, experienced during her recent visit to your facility. Despite having a scheduled appointment on July 15 4:00 Pm, we were subjected to a wait of over three hours before being attended to.This lengthy wait is unacceptable, particularly for elderly patients who may have difficulty sitting for extended periods. My grandmother was visibly uncomfortable and distressed by the end of our wait, which is concerning given her age and health. While I understand that unforeseen delays can occur, such a prolonged wait time indicates a significant issue in scheduling or patient management that needs to be addressed urgently. Elderly patients, in particular, deserve timely and considerate care, and this experience has undermined our confidence in your facility's ability to provide such care.I request a thorough review of this incident and the implementation of measures to prevent such delays in the future. Additionally, I would appreciate an explanation of why this delay occurred and what steps are being taken to ensure it does not happen again.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.Review fromJamie H

1 starI brought my son in there 06/14/2024 at the **********, ** location after 4 days of a straight fever and was told it was just a virus and nothing to do but run its course. I had to take him to ER and he was diagnosed with bad pneumonia and fever continued for 10 days. You all completely missed it and it is extremely concerning to me. My son is only 15. Now I had to pay double because of your incompetence. This is very upsetting and could have been much worse if I would have listened to you all and not did anything else for my son. Thank goodness I took him to the *** Maybe you all should be more thorough and think about how much money people are paying for your care that is obviously lacking.Total Access Urgent Care, PC
