    I was in an accident in early August. After a few problems it arrived at f and s late September ish. I finally got my truck back mid January which is entirely way to long for a diesal to sit.( Rotted tired, bad fluids ect.) Upon receiving my truck the back up camera doesn't work, it's throwing a code for ac fan, my heat can turn on and on on its own or with a smack of the dash, my mirrors r not electric as they were, there's rust bubbles and scratches on a fender they repair all while the cause of the accident was not fixed or covered for whatever reason. All those issues did not exist before goin into there possession. I went all that time with out a vehicle. Now 5hey want me to drop it off wait for an adjuster to show up and go from there. I went 6 months without a vehicle and now they want me to do tit again because of there mistakes. I've put over 3k out of pocket into since then to replace tires from sitting and to try and fix what they said was covered. I still haven't received I voice or receipt with warrenty information. Work performed,. Total amount. Nothing. Except a bad attitude from *****. He keeps putting everything on I surance or trucks condition prior which was fine , no issues. I can't go longer with out a vehicle as it runs my business. I can't afford for him and my ex insurance company to drag there feet and take forever once again. This is nonsense

    Date of loss was 8/18 and the vehicle was taken to ****** ******.  We were contacted by insurance that the customer wanted the vehicle moved to our repair shop.  We received it 10/11.  After reviewing, we thought it was best to send it to *** ******* **** for diagnosis of suspension concerns and breaks.  That was 10/18.  They didn't get back with a estimate and damage diagnosis until 11/4.  We sent the info to the insurance company for approval.  We were told by them that most of what was being claimed would not be covered.  What was agreed upon was repaired and those repairs were completed on 11/14.  We were contacted by Ford 11/15; the vehicle was brought back 11/17.  We did a tear down for body damages; supplement was written and sent to insurance on 11/23.  There was some delay due to the holidays.  Parts were ordered once we had approval; repairs were started.  Vehicle was delivered on 1/9/2023.  We were contacted by email by the consumer on 1/24 expressing concerns about some things on the vehicle.  Those concerns were forwarded to the insurance company; and he was informed that any other repairs other than authorized ones he would have to bring the vehicle back so the insurance company could inspect on site for approval.  There have been several emails since then reminding him that the truck has to be dropped off and that has not happened.  The insurance company has advised us to send in the final bill and they will close the case.
