  I recently purchased a new enclosed trailer from this company. When I first inquired about it online, they responded fast and professionally. They made arrangements for me to come after business hours. Ive had the trailer for 3 months and when I got a nail in my tire and when I called for a new one to match, they gave it to me on the house! They didnt have to do that, and it was expensive nice. ******** and *** were delightful and I will recommend this business to everyone I know.

  wouldn't recommend going here for your trailer purchase. I called on Saturday, October 22nd to inquire about a used 2020 7x14 Load trail Dump trailer. I asked the owner if it was in good shape, he responded that it was in great shape but was scratched up from roofers throwing shingles at it. (Roofing company prior owners)I told him I would come down to look. Which happens to be 1 1/2 hours from my home. Upon arriving the trailer was pretty dirty and scratched but wasnt too worried about it. I made the purchase for $9,990 and drove it home. The next day on Sunday I washed & degreased the trailer top to bottom. As I was drying it I noticed a crack on the frame on the cross member, upon looking further I realized the frame was cracked on both sides of the cross member & the welds were broke on the top of the cross member.I immediately called Newline to report but they were closed with it being Sunday so I left a voicemail. I brought the trailer back first thing Monday morning when they opened to return the trailer. The owner was not there but the office lady told me he was going to be there in 1 - 1.5 hours. I told her I'd wait as my drive is just as long. She then proceeded to tell me after I explained the situation that the trailer is used and sold as is. Very rudely as well. I told her the trailer was very dirty and theres no way you would ever see these cracks without it being clean and how I had called to ask the condition and was told it was in good shape with scratches! A cracked frame is worth its weight in scrap. Not sure how thats in good shape.1.5 hours later I'm told the owner wont be showing up at all now and that hes too busy to answer my calls. She was texting the owner this entire time but apparently he was too busy to call me for 3 hours that morning while I sat in there parking lot.I was offered 90% of my money back for a trailer I only drove empty to my house and cleaned. On top of that I was spoken to very rudely.The Missouri state highway

  Trailer brakes went out immediately. Returned twice only to
  fail again.
  Took it to my local mechanic to have it fixed. Out $475 between
  gas/labor.
  No one will stand behind their product. New Line Trailer sales and L/O
  trailer mfg both said I didn’t go through proper channels.
  I took it an hour away each direction twice. Couldn’t afford gas to keep
  having them get it wrong.
