    On July 21st I made a purchase for merchandise for my business and everything was great. The same day I receive. Email stating the items are ALL ready for shipping and I got confirmation numbers. Great! Everything seems to be good. I purchased this order through SHOP PAY, as I usually do. They way Shop Pay works is you finance the purchase in payments, the merchant gets the funds once all items have been delivered. So with that in mind I remembered that if the order gets delivered and it's only partial it will mark it down as complete and release funds. To protect myself I asked **** to please only mark what actually went out for delivery because of the issue once it's delivered it's done. **** stated he needs to get shipping quotes on 174 pairs of shoes I purchased as a part of the order. So I knew for a fact that those items will not be on the same shipment for that very reason. I told **** please make sure that the items are adjusted to show what items are left and what I received. After I brought it to his attention he said that he fixed it and everything was good to go. I proceeded to go about my business and the following day after I made arrangements to rent Pop up shop in the area where I do my business and create some sales for back to school shopping I was prepared for my shipment And inventory and I already spent the money making arrangements all day to only find out at the end of the day **** decided to cancel my order. Said that he didn't like why I asked those questions and left me out to dry. keep in mind I'm paying them 3k and I didn't hesitate once. I just asked to be protected and he proceeded to cancel my order, I lost business and the funds used to rent Pop up shops from landlords can't be returned. I need my expenses paid. And my losses covered that Durvy.com crested by randomly deciding to cancel my shipment after I was told they sent out already. **** and lies. He was pulling a fast one and he got caught

    Customer has threatened legal action and we are under advice not to respond at this time.

    I see that is not a response that is acceptable from the ***** above.  We are more than happy to provide a response, but since legal recourse is being pursued from the customer, we find it best to wait.
