    In January I ordered a home from this company and gave a $15000 deposit. They said it would be 3-6 months to delivery. One year later I still had no home, just a $500 property survey and excuses from my sales ***** *** and ***************. I then found out that the Zolloffs had been indicted for fraud from the federal government. I also found out that they did not apply for my building permit until August. ***********************, the owner of the business, said I could cancel my order and he would refund my deposit. When I agreed he changed his mind and said I was not *********** a refund because I was the one who cancelled. He refuses all phone calls and doesnt respond to voicemail or text. I am 82 years old and disabled. Im now living in a 20 ft. r/v on my property.
