    I Asked a friend if she knew anyone that would by my baseball cards, my friends dad goes to auctions and he gave my friend information to this business and set up an appt. They showed up at my house on 12/06/2022, they took my card that day. The online auction started on 12/14/2022 and ended on 12/20/2022 I only made 1044.80 and there .25 percent commission was 261.64 only 109 lot were sold out 124 lots. I compared my baseball cards on **** prices 5, 161.80 and that is without counting 16 lots. I would have been happy with making anywhere between 2500.00 and 3000.00 only making 783.56 after their commission. I feel like I am owed more money. I think they made this auction online and they bidding on the cards themselves. They would not inform me who purchased the cards. I would like my cards back or money owed.

    On 12/06/22 we did pick up cards but our first meeting was 2 weeks prior when we came by and looked at your collection. At that time we went over the contract and seeing the size of the collection we lowered our commission due to thinking there would be multiple auctions. A few days later you called and said you had more and we met and I picked them up. 

    During our meeting and subsequent phone calls we discussed realized prices in the auction atmosphere.  We don't base any prices on **** advertised prices.

         The Auction had 125 lots of which 7 we just informational and not biddable. 118 lots sold. 16 lots were paid for and not picked up. Bidders that fail to pick up are charged and it was included in the total sale and those cards were RETURNED to you. you were paid and got them back. 

      The items sold to the highest bidder as stated on the contract you signed and were aware of.  All of our auctions are Online Auctions. we DID NOT bid on your cards and we DO NOT possess any of your cards. Our advertising attracted bidders from multiple states and we shipped to the states of New York, Pennsylvania, Illinois and Idaho. Our bidders Identity is confidential for security reasons and will not be given out. 

       We don't possess any of your cards and feel the monies you received reflected the realized prices for the time.
