    I sent an email to the daily word customer service a month ago today and have heard no response. This is not the first time I've had an issue like this with them. They previously canceled my access to the daily word months ahead of my subscription running out and it took me a long time to get that settled as well but this is just ridiculous. No one has contacted me and it's been a month and I've paid twice for a 2-year subscription and I want one of those refunded and actually to have access to the the product I'm paying for . At this point they should extend my contract for a month since I have not had access to it this whole time . Here's a copy of my email to their customer service dept sent November 6th : Hi, I keep trying to log into my app for daily word and it's telling me I don't have an account. I actually paid twice once October 27th and once November 4th for a 2-year subscription for daily word and both are on my credit card statements. When I went to login after paying on the 27th I figured maybe my card didn't go through or something so I purchased it again. After further investigation I see that it did go through both times but for some reason I'm just not getting access to it. I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling it that's not working. I attached a screenshot of the message it gives me when I go to login. I would like to be refunded for one of the subscriptions and someone to please help give me access to the daily word I've been paying for for the past week. I seem to have an issue every time I renew and it's pretty frustrating to deal with this every time at renewal. Thank you for your help. Order Number: ******** ***** ******* ********

    I was able to get a hold of the company today and we resolved the issue. I don't mind them being notified of the complaint but it is settled now.

    Our goal is to promptly fulfill any request we receive, and we are sorry that this was not the customer’s experience. The email dated 11/6/2022 did not reach us. On 12/2/2022 the customer’s concerns were resolved by phone. We have attempted to reach the customer to verify their satisfaction in resolving this matter. Should further support be needed, know that we would be honored.
