      I had a flat tire and drove up to the service area of Northwest Tire & Auto in **************** for assistance. That was a mistake. I asked if my tire could possibly be fixed. I was scolded by the manager as he talked on the phone You probably shouldnt have parked there. Right now I dont have anyone that can fix that. All my men are tied up doing big jobs and the customer service desk is around the front. I did not need to know the reason that good customer service was not offered to me because of call ins and busy work from the receptionist. Yelling and making excuses is far from good service and quality from an auto repair shop. ******************

      *****************,We take pride in treating all our customers with respect and kindness. Please know our service area is customer restricted due to safety and insurance reasons. Our shop manager was on the phone with a customer when you walked in the service area and briefly told you our techs could not fit you in that day. Our service advisor responded calmy with the same answer and suggested other facilities down the road. Our goal is to get all of our customers vehicles done in a timely manner. That particular day were short-handed. Most other days we're more than happy to work in a walk-in customer. Our customers vehicles are always our top priority, and we are sorry that that particular day we were unable to meet your needs.
