  After a nasty hailstorm left my car covered in dents, I took a chance and found The Dent ** on ******, and honestly, I couldn't be happier with the results. From the moment I walked in, their team made everything easy. They were very friendly, professional, and clearly experts at what they do. My car looks brand new as if there was no hail damage on it at all. Amazing results!What really impressed me, though, was how they handled my insurance claim. They walked me through every step, explained what my coverage included, and took care of all the paperwork so I didnt have to stress about it.Their attention to detail was amazing, and knowing their work comes with a lifetime warranty gives me total peace of mind. If youre dealing with hail damage or any dents, The Dent ** is absolutely the place to go. Highly recommend!

  I have been using the Better Business Bureau for years to find honest quality services. This is the first time I have been disappointed in the result.I cannot comment on the quality of repairs this company provides because after a month of waiting for a bid, for a never received repair, I have to find another repair shop.I made an appointment to get a dent repaired in my rear bumper. I arrived at the appoint time but no one was there. Forty five minutes later a worker arrived and proceeded to inspect my bumper damage. I was told I would receive an estimate by email in a few days.A week went by without a bid so I called to inquire if there was a problem. I was told he had a backlog of work and would send out the bid in a few days. I asked and was assured that he had my information and would get the bid out the next day.Another week went by and still no bid. I again called and asked about the bid and was told the same thing the bids would be out the next day. That was almost two weeks ago.I understand and sympathize with companies that are short staffed in this covid age but It would have been nice to at least tell me he could not perform the work in a reasonably timely manner.

  Yes, we Are short staffed. ************* has my sincerest apologies for not receiving his estimate in a timely manner! As a Small shop, I have to wear quite a few hats throughout each week, as does Every business these days. My attention much of the time is directed towards the customers that have Made the choice to have their vehicle repaired by The Dent **, their vehicle is currently under roof and requires our attention in order to keep production on schedule. To me, That is the more important task at hand, to get my customer back on the road as promised. I realize that timely estimates are also a crucial part of doing business, but after a ***** hour day it becomes difficult to keep up with that part. Times have changed in that a shop can no longer "assume" or rely on cloud data bases of parts pricing and availability. **nsequently, what used to be a 30 minute estimate can now take hours to locate, validate parts availability and pricing. We average about 18 **llision estimates per week, at an average of discussing with the customer, generating the estimate, any parts research, that is easily 36 hours spent by one individual each week, which affects production of the vehicles that customers have entrusted to The Dent ** to have repaired. I have addressed this issue within my **mpany and after 3 Years of searching, I have hired a very competent front desk person, *****, that is already Aiding in expediting estimates, parts searches, and follow **** Again my apologies to *************, you fell between the cracks and that pains me! The Dent ** has maintained a Five Star rating for many consecutive years and I do my very best to keep solidly positive reviews by providing exceptional quality service. I am not making excuses, I do offer my Sincerest apologies to ************* and hopefully this sheds some light on things and that he reevaluates that a poor rating will only hurt the employees here by negatively affecting the image of The Dent ** from One missed Estimate. Again, I have hopefully remedied the situation with a very competent new hire.

  I recently learned that **** also offers auto mechanic services. I had grease and oil dripping from my car that turned out to be much more serious than I anticipated. Both of my coaxles needed replacing. **** took pictures of the underside of my car and explained what was happening, plus the oil that was leaking. He not only got me in quickly but was able to fix all the above the same day. Because I work for tax accounting firm, it is busy season. So he personally drove me to work, completed the work on my car, then brought my car TO ME at my office! Truly a thoughtful kind man who works long hours. I trust **** 100% and highly recommend him for his work. About 4 months ago he also fixed several dents on my car and it looks new!

  I was in an auto accident in December of 2022 and needed repair work done on the back end of my Honda CRV. I was referred to The Dent Co by another auto repair shop that couldn't get to my car for several weeks. It was the best referral I've ever gotten. **** and his team worked diligently with the insurance company to get me exactly what I needed to make the repairs. Communication with **** was exceptional. He always kept me informed with the progress of what was going on with my car. He even took the time to have conversations with the insurance company and the company that had my car in storage for almost two months. They had problems delivering my car to The Dent Co. This was such a stressful situation for me, but **** did everything he could to get my car to his shop. **** is very friendly, personable and is always, always honest. He makes you feel comfortable from the first phone call. He and his team did an amazing job on my CRV. In fact, it looks better than it did when I bought it twelve years ago! He's my go-to guy for any future body work. Thanks, **** for answering the phone when I called way back in December. You all did an outstanding job on my car and in keeping me informed through the whole miserable process. You get 100 stars from me!

  Was so happy I decided to use "The Dent *** to fix my 2020 ****** Rav. I was thrilled with the results and the cost. **** was always so pleasant to deal with and his work was above board. My husband told him he gets 5 stars and I agree. Thank you for your craftsmanship.

  I recently used **** at The Dent Co to fix my 2016 Toyota Avalon. I was extremely pleased with the quality of his work, timeliness, and professionalism. I felt like I was working with an old friend. He is a true experienced craftsman and utilized a wide range of technologies to provide the right solution at the right price. I highly recommend using **** and his team at The Dent Co.

  FIVE STAR ?? WITHOUT QUESTION!!!! I had what I thought was a minor fender ******, and it turned out to be quite a bit more work. I was referred to **** @ The Dent ** by a client of his, and now he will forever be my go to for any major auto repair or body work! The man is an absolute artist and a perfectionist! I am a laryngectomy patient, and therefore communicating by telephone is difficult, so **** kept me posted every step of the way via text. He noted some other items that needed ************** helped me get those issues fixed as well. He even did some additional work on scratches in the paint to make my 2008 look like brand spanking new! In todays world, its tough to find people in the auto repair business that care about their craft. **** is one of those business - one with ******************* behind everything he does. I will forever refer him to friends and family and hope he remains in business for a very long time to come. The quality is OUTSTANDING! As a matter of fact, *** already referred him to 3 others who need work. This company cares, and **** is a true craftsman!
