    After completing of phase 2. They knew they did not want to pay because they stated somebody told them not to pay us. At, this moment they have done just that. This company does not like to pay there black contractors. They have not paid us in over a month.

    KDZ did not complete their phase 1 or 2 related work. KDZ was given written notification to complete their work, which they ignored, whereby BC Construction was forced to hire others to finish. KDZ has in fact been paid in full for all work completed, and when considering the cost to finish their uncompleted work, they have been overpaid. KDZ has also refused to supply requested and necessary documentation concerning previous payments and written explanation of why they feel they are still owed money when clearly they are not. Character assassination and intimidation by KDZ will not change the facts in this matter.

BC Construction is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
