Worst experience ever! Dont do it my experience with them has been a nightmare I financed my car with them back in 2017 thinking it would be a great start to build my credit long story short I was making payments on time as soon as I fell behind they harassed me and repossessed my car without even giving me any notice woke up and my car was gone after that I begged them to make my payment before they sold my car and they were just very rude unprofessional and charged me an unreasonable amount almost what the car cost to get it back and when I asked if I could get my belongings out of the car they charged me a 50$ fee that I never paid so I never got my belongings they tried to garnish my pay which made me file a chapter 7 bankruptcy and has been on my credit report ever since because I dont know what to do.

They are very unprofessional they talk to customers very rude and condescending..Ive been working with them since the summer and its been the worst experience ever. Ive been making my payments fell behind because of health issues; caught back up on my payments just for them to repossess my car but I have proof of payments.even when called to get things figured out she was so nasty and act like it was a joke or some type of sport for her ..they will talk at you and try to belittle you and when you speak up for yourself now its an issue . I will never recommend them to anyone looking for a car dont waste your time. When you asks to speak with a manager they will tell you no theres no one else you can speak with or work with. Save yourself the time and energy dont work with them its not worth the hassle

The person who handles the garnishments and legal matters was the rudest, most condescending piece of work I have ever encountered. They successfully find a way to play the court systems, and draw out submitting their paperwork to the courts so that the case acquires more interest. According to ******** case net, *** over paid, but according to the vile person I spoke with, I still owe **** dollars because of interest. Scam artists that play the courts. I will never recommend them as a lien holder to anyone. Ive paid more in this garnishment than what the vehicle was ever worth.

I agree with all the other comments. I bought a car in 2019 and it was a crazy experience to deal with such an unprofessional company. Long story short, was sold a warranty by the dealer that didn't even apply to my car, meaning I couldn't get the entire reason for the warranty repaired for any reason. Not on Day 1,30,60,etc of the warranty or within 1 mile. I know that has nothing to do with the loan company. However, eventually the car broke, surprise surprise, went through a lot getting it fixed, including paying for a rental car for over a month out of pocket. The car broke again, I lost my job, Midwest Acceptance calls about the car payment. I tell them everything about what happened. I only had the car for a little over a year. They didn't care to work with me. I told them, respectfully, I couldn't afford to fix the car again and couldn't afford to pay for a car I couldn't drive, plus one that does drive. They rudely told me that my car wasn't worth the amount of money it would cost to repossess it. I told them I would voluntarily help them figure out how to get the car. They didn't care they said I can keep it and that they would get more money by taking me to court. I still tried to give them the car back easily. I could only afford to get it close to my house because it wasn't running. I got it to a secure spot and let them know where it was. I even helped the guy that eventually picked it up find it and left the key in it. They obviously got the car and sold it for a couple hundred dollars...

This company has harassed me from day 1. They will not give you a phone number to contact their supervisor in charge. I have several extremely unprofessional messages from them. Never did I think I would say for a company to come repo a car, this place proved me wrong on that. Reading these reviews it seems I'm not the only person that has had these issues. I will be considering moving forward with a formal BBB complaint. Maybe if enough of us do this something will be done.
